Aware 2.0 - Edit an Existing Retention Policy

This article provides a guide on how to modify a pre-existing Retention Policy in Aware Retention, allowing users to effectively manage their Retention Policies according to their specific needs.

Follow these steps to modify your Retention Policy:

1. Navigate to Retention.
2. Select Edit Policy next to the Retention Policy that needs to be updated.
3. In the Retention Policy Details view, you can delete, deactivate, or change the Retention scope.
4. Once you have made the necessary changes, select Save Changes.
