This article provides information on accessing Aware Audit Logs, the actions they track, and how to export logs as CSV files for flexible analysis, along with a downloadable list of tracked audit log actions.
Aware Audit Logs reside under the System Settings and can only be accessed by Aware Admins.
To access Audit logs, click System Settings > Audit Logs tab.
Today, Audit Logs track actions taken within:
System Settings, which include Aware Access, System Settings, User Settings, Integrations, Application Settings, and Audit Log access. Audit logs will continue to expand in future releases.
Signal activity, including when an Aware user:
- Downloaded attachment from message content
- Viewed triggered event details
- Bulk export creation and download
- Even removal
- Created a rule/changed a rule (logic or actions)
- Disabled/enabled a rule
- Created/deleted a policy
CSV Audit Log Exports
Many users seek more adaptable methods for reviewing Aware audit events. CSV exports facilitate the use of preferred data analysis tools for filtering and analysis. Additionally, this functionality enables users to transfer events to other systems that are unable to utilize the Audit Log API.
