If a user forgets their password or gets locked out, the administrator can reset it through System Settings. Follow the steps below to reset a user's password.
- Locate the System Settings button in the lower left-hand corner.
- Click on User Management within System Settings.
- Identify the user and click on them to edit.
- Within the Personal Information section locate Reset Password at the bottom.
- Click Send Password Reset. The user will receive an email that prompts them to reset their password.
