Aware 2.0 - Message Context

This article contains a video that provides a step-by-step guide on how to view and analyze a specific event in your Search and Discovery report using Aware.

The following provides key points of the process:

1. Selecting an Event: When you click on an event of interest, a sidebar appears on the right-hand side. This sidecar contains several messages, but the event of interest is highlighted in light blue.
2. Viewing Message Details: At the top of the sidebar, you can see where the message was authored and several options.
3. Exporting: There's also an Export option, which initiates a download at the bottom of your browser.
4. Navigating to the Next Result: If you want to add the next message to your investigation report, click Next Event. This will automatically take you to the next message, where you will have the same options.
