This article introduces the new Custom Reporting feature by Aware. This feature allows users to run custom reports on specific topics or audiences, providing insights into communication patterns and trending themes.
The following provides the key points for accessing and creating Custom Reporting:
- Custom Reporting can break down the audience by platform source (public groups, private groups, direct messages, specific group, and soon Microsoft Entra ID groups and people sets).
- To create a report, navigate to Spotlight Custom Reporting.
- Click Create a Report, name the report, and select a report type (either topic report or audience report).
