This article contains information on gathering usage data from content platforms like Meta, Teams, Viva Engage, Slack, and Zoom, including step-by-step instructions for generating and sharing activity screenshots.
Before integrating with a customer's content platform, we need to assess activity levels to ensure proper support. Please request the customer to provide screenshots of their usage data in advance.
Teams
An Office 365 Global Administrator is required for these steps. Follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center > Analytics & Reports > Usage Reports. Select the View Reports tab; under the report drop-down, select Teams Usage. Select Last 28 days under Date Range and Run Report. Provide a screenshot of the entire section.
- Navigate to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center > Analytics & Reports > Usage Reports. Select the View Reports tab; under the report drop-down, select Teams user activity. Select Last 28 days under Date Range and Run Report. Provide a screenshot of the entire section.
Microsoft Via Engage
A Microsoft 365 Global Administrator is required for these steps. Follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the Microsoft Viva Engage Admin Center > Reports > Usage.
- Find the Microsoft Viva Engage Activity Chart and click View More and provide a screenshot of the entire section.
Slack
An admin is required for these steps:
- Select the drop-down next to your Workspace Name > Tools > Analytics and provide screenshots of the following sections:
- Overview: Entire section (last 30 days).
Zoom
An admin is required for these steps: Log into zoom.us, which will default to your Profile page. Select Dashboard in the Admin section on the left side.

2. Choose Monthly
3. Take a screenshot or export to CSV/PDF
